
Online Training Event Policy
Naturopathy Academy Online Trainings Event Policy
This policy regulates the participation, registration cancellation and related processes for online trainings offered by Naturopathy Academy. Our aim is to provide a transparent and fair learning environment for all participants.
1. Registration and Payment
Registration: To register for our trainings, you must fill out the online registration form on our website. Registrations are open until the training start date or until the quota is filled.
Payment: Training fees must be paid at the time of registration or by the specified payment deadline. Payment options (bank transfer, credit card, etc.) are specified on our website. Registrations without payment may be considered invalid.
Payment Confirmation: When your payment is received, you will be sent a payment confirmation and training access information via e-mail.
2. Training Participation
Access Information: Before the start of the training, the information required to access our online training platform will be sent to you via e-mail.
Technical Requirements: It is the responsibility of the participants to provide the necessary technical requirements (internet connection, computer/mobile device, microphone/headphones, etc.) to access the training. Naturopathy Academy is not responsible for participation problems caused by technical problems.
Training Materials: Training materials (lecture notes, presentations, videos, etc.) will be made available to participants via the online platform. Copying, distributing or using the training materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
3. Registration Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Cancellations Caused by the Participant:
Up to 7 Days Before the Training Start: In cancellations made up to 7 days before the training start date, 90% of the paid fee will be refunded. The remaining 10% will be deducted for administrative expenses.
Up to 3 Days Before the Training Start: In cancellations made up to 3 days before the training start date, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded.
Less than 2 Days Before the Training Starts or After the Training Starts: No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 2 days before the training starts or after the training starts.
Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing (via e-mail). Refunds will be made within 14 business days from the approval of the request.
Cancellations/Changes by the Naturopathy Academy:
Insufficient Quota or Unexpected Situations: The Naturopathy Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training due to unexpected circumstances such as not being able to reach the required number of participants, force majeure reasons of the instructor or technical problems.
In Case of Cancellation: When the training is canceled, all fees collected from the participants are refunded or kept as credit to be used in another training upon the participant's request.
In Case of Postponement: When the training is postponed, participants are informed about the new dates. If the participant cannot attend the training on the new dates, the entire fee paid is refunded.
Instructor Change: Naturopathy Academy reserves the right to change instructors when deemed necessary. This situation is not considered a reason for refund or cancellation.
4. Responsibility and Legal Notice
Information Accuracy: Naturopathy Academy takes utmost care to ensure that the information provided in the trainings is up-to-date and accurate. However, please remember that the information provided does not constitute direct advice for personal health conditions or treatment processes. Participants should seek professional medical advice on health issues.
Protection of Personal Data: Personal data shared during registration will be processed and protected in accordance with Naturopathy Academy's Privacy Policy.
Policy Changes: Naturopathy Academy reserves the right to make changes to this event policy without prior notice. The current policy will be published on our website.
